I am Coach sean
I’m local to the Menifee/Murrieta/Temecula Valley and I am the founder of NXT LVL Training. I started NXT LVL Training because I have a strong passion for youth development and wanted to inspire kids and young adults to take their athleticism, confidence, and character development to the NEXT LEVEL.
I am the father of 2 boys and my history of playing football along with my passion for sports naturally led me to volunteering as my oldest son’s youth football coach for 6 years. As any parent I wanted my son to have fun, excel, grow, and develop into a young athlete that enjoyed the game. I have been blessed to train many kids from all talent levels; beginner to advanced as well as the following of amazing returning players and parents. I have had the greatest support from the Rise Under Armour Flag Football Organization in Menifee, my amazing wife and my family.
NXT LVL is an all-in-one sports training service that can help aspiring young athletes build on the fundamentals of strength, discipline, integrity, effort, coach-ability, leadership, and passion.
As a parent, coach and mentor of a young athlete, we know that it’s not only about developing their athletic skills, but also their character.
